Configurable default opening page/splash page in analyst and web player Merged

When you open Spotfire X in web player or analyst version the entire right half of the screen is taken up by the "This is Spotfire"/"Start exploring your data" picture/link.  I'd like to configure that for my company to include our Spotfire education/help/info/resources.
