Column Properties -- Origin -- Needs to update when table names change

In column properties, there is a column called Origin that details where a particular column came from if it did not originate with the data table (i.e. it was inserted from another table).  This table name does not update if the user changes the table name.  This needs to update otherwise the column is useless.
