Spotfire Cloud - Scheduled updates of data tables / files

I am really missing the option to set scheduled updates / reloads for analysis files (and/or individual data tables) in Spotfire Cloud. If we had this feature, it would be a no-brainer to buy multiple licenses of Spotfire Cloud.

I would just like to set an analysis file or data table to auto-reload every X minutes (where every 15 minutes would be needed for my use case) during certain hours for selected days. It would be OK to pay extra for the option to set auto-reload for 1, 5, 10 files etc. Maybe there also need to be a limit for how much data is allowed to be reloaded (or more expensive the more data you need to reload).

My particular use case is that I would like to create a dashboard showing support tickets from Zendesk, for keeping track of the queue, workload per agent, etc. The data would probably be accessed from an Azure SQL Database.
