Add tagged rows to current marking

I would like to suggest an additional function in the tag panel to ADD tagged rows to the current marking. When you mark tagged rows with the current functions, the present marking is cleared. Usually you can also do this using filters and then marking, but I think it would be a simple and nice additional feature.
