Web Player - Scheduler to restart Node Manager services

As per current way the Web Player works, images are cached in analyses and not refreshed. The only way to get an updated image would be to restart the service. The scheduler would then restart the Web Player service in question in order to get updated images. Could be a replacement / addition to https://ideas.tibco.com/ideas/TS-I-7203.
