The release notes provide static information. System administrators would have a great benefit of having an updated view on the active defects (minor or major) since the last release notes. Knowing that you will get an issue with a certain version or hotfix level would lead to decisions with better outcome when it comes to system updates. An link to a live database, with possibilities to filter (product, status, other...), search function and eventually a column to Knowledge Base articles, if TIBCO has a temporary workaround, and a date/release for expected fix.
