spotfire server certify oracle db 19c Merged

we are now targeting to upgrade the existing spotfire server from 7.11 LTS  to 10.3 LTS a long with the oracle DB upgrade 19c in coming year where oracle DB 19c is the terminal version. but current certified db version is on 18c. so I would like to raise request on spotfire server to certify the oracle DB 19c.
