Add option for scheduling monthly automation services jobs Merged

When Spotfire 10 came out, TIBCO added the ability to schedule automation services jobs from within the browser console.  Previously, you had to use active batch to trigger the job.  This was an improvement.  However, they didn't provide sufficient options for scheduling.  I can only schedule jobs to run daily or weekly at certain times.  The two jobs I just built need to be run monthly and there isn't a way to schedule a monthly job.  Now I am back to using active batch.
