Add log lines as an option for all possible 2D plots, and give option to lock it at '10,100,1000' scale intervals Merged

Having a log scale with random fitting intervals is very hard to read and unprofessional. 

For real, how would I make out the number in between the two major log intervals without the logline, knowing it is not linear proportion in between? No, I can't read it with any kind of accuracy nor speed.

Even maybe I could deal with a random log scale with no log lines, it would be bad when I have to present it to my boss and my clients, which is soon.

Since Spotfire is a professional software, I expect to make professional outcomes without the need for programming to modify such basic functions that should come out just right in the first place.
