Allow descriptions to be added to prompt filters

It would be great, if when defining prompt filters in the Information Link, if you could add text providing additional information to the users at each prompt.

 

This could be used to describe the data point, and the impact of the choices being made, and would be very useful to guide users to make the correct choices - particularly when the prompts/fields are not obvious for new users of the report.

 

After adding a prompt in the IL, you should be able to "Edit Prompt Text" for each prompt, ideally rich text or HTML would be great.
