Can you fix "Copy to Clipboard" button action to work with Notepad?

This has been an annoying  feature in the product for many years - can you fix it please?

 

Let's say I'm in Data Table Properties > Source Information. I copy the Source: text to the clipboard via the button, then paste into Notepad. No line breaks appear - it's just one big run-on sentence. Unhelpful and unusable.

 

I can actually select all the text and perform this copy manually - works fine. But I should not need to do this.

 

So, why even have the button if it does not work properly? Can you please fix this behavior - it happens everywhere in the product as far as I can tell.

      Yes I see that too. Thanks Thomas, but still, should be fixed up to work in plain old Notepad....

      Interestingly it looks ok in Notepad++ JP. You can copy some information from the Source View's Information pane. It should look ok as well.
