Audit changes to library permissions

Track changes to folder permissions within the library, perhaps using entries in the Action log table.

 

We occasionally have problems where someone has incorrectly modified folder permissions and it would be useful to (a) identify what happened and (b) see what the old permissions were so we can quickly roll back changes.
