Remove data limiting expression when creating a details visualization

If I have a viz with a data-limiting expression applied, and then I create a details viz from it, the data-limiting expression is still in-force in the details viz. It is easily overlooked because it is hidden down the dialog, and one must scroll down to see it.

This has the effect of negating or unduly influencing any additional data-limiting Markings that might be applied to the details viz. This is bad.

Since the data going into the details viz is already filtered by the master viz, the data limiting expression is also redundant - it is not needed in the first place and only serves to cause problems when additional Markings are applied.
