Ability to select default custom theme/styling Merged

Currently every time you create a new dxp file, the canvas styling/custom theme defaults to the Light colors base theme. Since this theme has a light grey text, I have to change it to the Light colors (legacy version) in order to change the text to black. It would be helpful if there were a way to set a default under options that would maintain your selection for canvas styling/custom theme so it would not change with every new file
