Graphical Tables should allow labels over Icons and Bullet Charts Merged

Becoming standard. Currently have to separate the numerical values into additional columns which 1) takes real-estate, 2) doesn't allow a header label to merge across both graphical and numerical indicator, and 3) is odd for table sorting

In graphical table visualization, for bullet graph, give the option to have the actual value placed on top of the bar. Right now, i can only see the bar, but i need the number to show as well.
