Currently, Package Builder seems can not sign mod with timestamp information, hence if the certificate used to sign the mod expires, the mod is shown as "Invalid signature" hence can not be trusted.
Please let Package Builder sign the mod with timestamp information embedded so even after certificate is expired the mod is still valid, just like the spk does.
Thanks.

Package builder 11.0 uses timestamp when signing mods. An issue in the Spotfire client, related to expired certificates, was fixed in TS 11.1.0 HF-001.
