Color lines in charts when Y-axis with individual scaling for each color for combinatichart

When selecting mutiple scales and for each color (in properties >Y-axis) we are unable to edit the appearance (in properties > lines& curves tab > horizontal lines)and when we select 'one axis with a single scale' or ' multiple scales and for each terilles panel' , we are able to edit the appearance.

We need to be able to color the added lines (horizontal lines) so we can differ between them and the ones added on the Y-axis.
