Add capability to widen the Rule name and File column in Scheduling & Ruling => Activity page Merged

Please add capability to widen the Rule name and File column in Scheduling & Ruling => Activity page, the text in Title column is cut off if too long.

Customer has many long names so it's difficult for them to see the name ( hover the mouse will show the full name in tool tip though).
