Export "Table (Without value formatting)" option for desktop users

Just as it says, add the same option that is available for webplayer to Spotfire desktop users.

Reason: when I have a formatted number (123k, 123M), the export data will retain the format and I cannot get it changed without ruining the entire report.

As of today, the only export options I see are "Visualization to PDF/Image", and I have to publish my report to web and access it from there to properly export data in a excel friendly format.
