Allow Access Only Permissions for SBDF Files

Currently, Browse+Access is the lowest folder permission available to access SBDF files. In case of the need to secure the folder, it would be great to allow the Access only permission to be able to access SBDF files, similar to Information Links. The only work around I am aware of is to have a top level folder with Access only and then a sub-folder with the SBDF as Browse+Access
