Allow PromptService to work in the WebPlayer from a CustomVisualization

if prompt service worked the same from a custom visualization then my Desktop and WebPlayer code could use much of the same code. I am calling into the custom visualization ModifyCore and get an error upon using liveNode.Context.GetService<Spotfire.Dxp.Framework.ApplicationModel.PromptService>(). the support ticket (Case 02047933) pointed out that this functionality is not available. it would be a huge help if it were.
