Tag users in Spotfire conversation feature and have the users being notified actively

when using the Spotfire conversation feature, it would be good to be able to tag users (like @dirk) - when connected to Spotfire server, it should send out a notification to any open client (web and desktop) to the specific user. Maybe would be good to automatically create a bookmark attached to that comment, so the context is somehow linked to it.
