add service.bat to re-install Windows service for TIBCO Spotfire Statistics Services

Since TSSS's Windows service name(e.g. TSSS114TERR) doesn't contain service pack version information("x" part in 11.4.x), customer has to specify different name for the "TERR" part when installing 11.4.1/11.4.2 on the same OS simutenously, for upgrade test or other purposes.


Customer doesn't want to change the "TERR" part because it is generally used to indicate the engine type, TERR or R or SAS.


Please add service.bat to tomcat/bin folder, in order to re-install TSSS's Windows service, so customer can easily rename it or modify heap memory.
