Easily change Light/Dark theme in Consumer Mode Merged

Light vs Dark themes are a matter of preference for users, with some customers reporting a 50/50 split among their dashboard consumers. A customer has even reported needing to make 2 versions of every dashboard to accommodate these preferences.

In recent years, there has been an increase in Dark Theme usage to reduce eye strain on monitors, however, such themes do not print well on paper.

It would be ideal to allow consumers to easily switch between Light and Dark themes in Consumer mode, to match their preference and situations. This could be done via API and action button, or more ideally through the native UI itself. Perhaps even both.
