use custom expression in visualization's title Merged

One of our customers wants to show current year '2022' in visualization's title and let it change automatically.


Some other customers want to show a cumulative value from datatable in visualization's title.


We know all these can be done via data functions & IronPython scripts, we hope to use custom expression in visualization's title, that would make all above very easy.


Currently only document properties are supported in visualization's title.
