No access to in DB data using API. JSViz and data functions currently used. Needed for true analytics apps capabilities and parity with in-memory data automation tasks via IronPython.

    From Spotfire 14.5, the C# API (PersistentDataView) now supports accessing external data as aggregated data views, allowing custom visualizations to support use cases with larger data sets.
