The argument --draining-timeout-seconds to batch "C:\tibco\tsnm\12.0.1\nm\graceful-shutdown.bat" is limited to less than 86400(seconds, 1 hour),
one of my customers wants to set a bigger value because NM(AS) might be executing a big job that could take much longer.

I made a mistake in calculating the hours from 86400 seconds.
It's 24 hours aka 1 day so it should be sufficient.

Do you mean the job takes more than 86400 seconds? That is, more than 24h? That is the current max hard limit for the --draining-timeout-seconds.
How much do you estimate that job (or your longest job) should take?
