For a user (Consumer), the export right is global. For some sensitive data, Export should be forbiden from the dashboard for some Consumers, but alloed for some consumers with a specivic license. But the export should remain possible for dashboards with unsensitive data for every consumer. this drives to another management of the export right than the one implemented. This is mandatory for legal reasons in our company.
This new feature will permit to have a better security on the arborescence of the library. Actually, if you have the export right you can export all dashboards. So export only some Dashboard will more a security of data than the full export everywhere.
