Customer wants to create document property with initial value, the value is set initially and persisted, then it can be used as a normal document property to allow it to be changed, but the value should reset to its initial value once dxp is re-opened.
The purpose of this is to make sure the value is always the same when dxp is re-opened, in order to use it to make sure IronPython script to be only executed/not executed when dxp is opened.
