Ability to change or remove the "Launch Spotfire" button from the Library page

We are looking to disable/hide the "Launch Spotfire" button in the top-left corner of the Library web page. (See the attached snapshot)

It is not currently possible to do so using the cobranding feature, API, or Spotfire Server configuration. We need to have the option to hide/change/keep the button.

Per our contract with our customers, they are not supposed to use Spotfire without our custom modules (which include controlled number of licensed users). Currently, the button allows them to violate this rule. Also, launching Spotfire without our extensions is confusing to our customer's users where they expect to see our added functionality.
