Improvement of " Unable to open analysis " Error message

If user is trying to open a Spotfire dashboard it fails with error " The task could not be completed. Unable to open analysis 'followed by dashboard path' " which is unclear to investigate. It is better if we include reason or complete error message with regard to which component is failing this.
