Data Streams: Ability to manage multiple data streams data sources for the same DXP/visualisation

Data streams caches will have a memory limit and so it may be necessary to manually partition the same type of data across multiple data streams instances that will have a different connection URL. We need a way to manage this within spotfire/data streams connector and allow some form of selector on a dxp/visualisation that selects/routes/connects to the correct data streams instance of interest and retrives the correct data. This could be linked to a login also. The requirement we have is for different oil and gas crews to only see the data of the well they are working on. If there are 100s of crews then we potentially need many instances of the cache accessed through the same visualisations
