Spotfire version:- 14.0.2
We have identified below options are available in Spotfire report File Menu in both Analyst and web player. These options allow users to export the entire table used in the analysis report.
1.File > Export > Data to file.. > Data table
2.File > Export > Data to library.. > Data table

Business does not want users to export the entire table which is a security concern , users should only be allowed to export data from visualizations used in the reports.
Currently , Spotfire does not have a configuration settings to disable this option and we want this to be included in future releases.

In Spotfire 14.6.2 and Spotfire 14.8, administrators now have more precise control over data export capabilities in the Spotfire web client, addressing enterprise governance and data-access requirements. Two new licensed features are introduced to allow administrators to explicitly control how end users can export data. Learn more about the release.

It is possible to enable/disable data export for specific user groups (Spotfire Enterprise Player license > Export Data feature), but I understand that your request is about disabling exporting entire data table while keeping the ability to export data from visualizations in a report.
