allow modify table style via API

Please allow modify table style via API (IronPython script), i.e. all operations available in the context menu when clicking table header.

e.g. changing header's or value's background color, text coler, etc.

      The following settings are currently not supported by the API:

      • Header styling (items below the Header heading)

      • Values styling (items below the Values heading)

      • Size to fit
