Filtering of "Line from Column Values" in "Lines & Curves" feature of scatter plots

The "Line from Column Values" in "Lines & Curves" feature of scatter plots currently cannot be filtered. It would be extremely helpful if this could be filtered similar to how the scatter plot data can be filtered. That is an extremely valuable tool to be able to visualize one filterable dataset on top of another filterable dataset.
