add "uncheck all" "check all" buttons to "Licenses and features" page Merged

We want to grant "Author Scripts" feature only to "Script Author" group in order to manage analyst users who can author scripts and who can't.

So we need to select "Spotfire Analytics" license and then uncheck all features and check "Author Scripts" only, there are lots of features checked by default, we have to click many times to uncheck them.
