Add support for Managed Service Account authentication with Kerberos

To increase security companies are requiring MSA accounts be used. Kerberos authentication does not with with MSA's currently per Jayanth from Support.

Log username in action log when authentication fails

In the action log, in case of authentication failure, the username that was used is not saved. Therefore, there is no way to know who failed to connect and potentially, which account are being attacked.
