Spotfire BigQuery connector to support BIGNUMERIC

We are seeing pulling data into Spotfire from GCP BigQuery as BIGNUMERIC type columns are not fetched. Updating BigQuery or adding another view does not help due to problematic data values. Can a hotfix on spotfire 12 version be provided.

Modify display of number of lines and total lines at the bottom riht of the window, in order to take into account lines that were eliminated by the data limitation expression in the property box of the vizualisation.
