    Notify admins about hotfix announcement, similar to dynamic Welcome page

    introduce a native "Hotfix Alert" widget in the Spotfire admin UI, similar to the Spotfire Dynamic Welcome page, as long as the hotfix is not applied. This would be another channel in addition to the alert emails - that are often overlooked.
