Add the option to have Leader Lines in pie chart

Sometimes in pie charts, if the number of labels is large, they tend to overlap each other even if my labels are outside the pie. Can we have an option to have Leader Lines in pie chart.

CLI or API command to restart webplayer instance only ( not service )

We plan to automatically restart the instance ( not web player) when resource crunch hits. for this we need a cli or api method to achieve this. currently understand there is no such option, but would need this option for automation purposes.
