Middle Mouse Click on Graph to PAN CHART

Make middle mouse button (mouse wheel press) to allow chart panning. Shift + MM press - locks horizontal or vertical pan only (depending on weighted direction of mouse move).

Add option to disable "delete page icon"

When combining columns, long column names can be difficult to read, so I would like to be able to change their width.

There is a rule that requires column names to be long, so they may not be distinguishable just from the beginning of the name. Currently, even if the column name is long, the width cannot be changed and it is therefore unreadable.
