Web Data Entry: FixedHeaders option for DES in "By columns" orientation

If a data entry setup is set to be displayed "By rows" the headers can always be seen why scrolling through wide DES. It would be helpful to add this also for DES in "By column" orientation

add scroll bar to page navigation popup

Just curious, when we have more than 30 tabs or pages, a small arrow shows up to navigate to different pages or tabs. Is there a way to scroll fast on that or you have to keep clicking the arrow to go up/down?

Query Spreadsheet node should preserve variable formats

After running Query Spreadsheets node in Workspace (refering to 13.3 version), formats are lost or even Type of variable is changed to different type. We have experienced even that date was changed to text type.
