Add DistinctValueCount, RowCount, ValidRowCount, InvalidRowCount, MinValue, MaxValue, MinNumericValue, MaxNumericValue as column properties

I would like DistinctValueCount, RowCount, ValidRowCount, InvalidRowCount, MinValue, MaxValue, MinNumericValue, MaxNumericValue to be available as column properties. They were available in 5.0 and earlier versions of Spotfire.

Initial Value of the parameter in the CustomSQL of the InDatabase Connector should be set to NULL

The initial value of the parameter in the CustomSQL has default value as '10' (for numeric data types) and 'test'(for alphanumeric data types). These should be NULL by default.

Add button Export to PPT to Tool bar

We recently upgraded from Spotfire 7.6 to 7.11 LTS and found that the button "Export to PPT" has been replaced with "Export to PDF" on the toolbar. We use this option frequently and need it to be added back to the toolbar.
