Possibility to support Chinese Characters in Statistica Spreadsheet

Currently it is not possible to have Chinese data in the sta files from other data sources and we can only add the variable names in Chinese, can we add this possibility to handle the China country specific data as text.

Allow only one reasonable limit for characteristics in DES

Allow only the lower reasonable limit or only the upper reasonable limit to be entered for characteristics. Currently it must be neither or both.

Chinese Language Addition in Language Pack

For Chinese regulatory reports from Statistica need to process these text characters as meta data and currently it is not possible to have it.
