Enable properties for box plots in webplayer and mac client

In the webplayer and mac clients, users are unable to open a properties dialog for box plots to change aspects of this visualization type. Most of the other visualization types do allow this (e.g. scatter plot, line chart, bar chart).

Single Sign-On between Spotfire and TDV using OAuth

The new integration between Spotfire and TDV is great, but it requires Kerberos Authentication which limits how much it can be used. A more long term solution based on OAuth that works both on premise and in the cloud is needed.
