Add Automation Services REST API to get a list of all job executions history

Customer wants to check As job execution status(success, fail, etc) automatically, currently there is a REST API /rest/as/job/status/{jobid} can do this, however there is no API to retrieve the {jobid}, that is what this idea is hoping for. Thanks.
