Lock Visualization area remain between pages

When using the lock visualization option, the locking options disappear when I change pages. I want to be able to switch between multiple pages and ensure text areas are the same size between them. I have to keep going back to "Lock Visualization"...

adjust visualization width/height by API

Please allow to adjust visualization width/height by API. Also please expose API to lock visualization, i.e. allow to use API to do the same as what can be done via menu "Visualization" => "Arrange Visualization" => "Lock visualization area".
