    Add support for EPSG:5178, EPSG:5179 in spotfire mapchart

    In KOREA, many kinds of system use EPSG:5178, EPSG:5179 and it called UTM-K. Many customer usually want to use that in mapchart but, not exist. So, i want to be added EPSG:5178, EPSG:5179 in spotfire mapchart.

    Tooltip and Labels should use same formatting as Y-axis in Line Chart

    Would be nice if the axis formatting is reused in tooltip and labels in line charts. Say you change the y-axis formatting to percent. You would then like to see percentage also for Y in the tooltip, as well as for individual labels.
