Standard scales in visualization mods

When developing a visualization Mod it would be great if it was possible to use the Spotfire scales. This would save time for the developer and the user experience would be the same as for native Spotfire visualizations.

Line, Bar, and Scatter plot charts do not have a center label.

Center Label is not available in the charts; when the X and Y axes have the same beginning point, the center label should show the label value in the corner of the visualization, as illustrated in the attached image.

"All" Selection on dropdown filter

Similarly to how (None) can be added, allow us to add "All" to a dropdown filter. When selected, the field is unfiltered. A major client is requesting this.

Azure AD Provider client secrets update requires restart of Spotfire server

Whenever Azure AD Provider client secrets renewal activity(Config tool--> Configuration->Open ID Connect-->Azure AD Provider) is being done, it is mandatory to restart Spotfire VMs, hence we want this should not be a mandatory step
