Make expression functions available on Web Player Merged

Expression functions are based on TERR. In order to have them available on the web player you need to have a stats server with TERR. However either users have not stats server or as in our case use open-source R for their stats server.

So either include TERR on the web player like it is included in the client or allow to also use open-source R for the implementation of the expression functions.
